Mike updates the story of Chicago gardener Kathy Cummings, who won an award in 2004 for her naturalized garden, then was hit with a fine in 2012 for violating the City weed ordinance for having the same plants. in the second hour, Josh Mogerman from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) reports on the possbility that low water levels in the Great Lakes could re-reverse the Chicago River. He then talks to Mike about the future of fracking and fracking laws in Illinois.
