Zina Murray is the owner of the Logan Square Kitchen, which many people consider a model for small business innovation in Chicago. However, after years of battling bureaucratic ignorance, incompetence and downright duplicity, Murray found herself forced to close shop and sell the building. In a far ranging interview, Murray talks to Mike about her experiences and why the City is in desperate need of culture change in some of its agencies.
