Illinois Sierra Club Director Jack Darin talks about how the LaSalle County Board is considering allowing an open pit sand mine to be established adjacent to Starved Rock State Park. LaSalle County citizens Mike Phillips and Debbie Burns explain why they are opposed to the measure, which will be voted on in January.
