Mike welcomes Margaret Haywood, Mike Webb, Sarah Batka and Anna-Maria Leon from Inspriration Kitchens. Their two restaurants, one in Uptown and the newest location in Garfield Park, provide training that enables the homeless, ex-offenders and other low-income people to find employment in the food industry. And, reports Mike Nowak, the food is fabulous.
